NSite develops senior living communities with compelling value propositions for its independent living, assisted living, and memory care residents (and their families).  We use a four-phased process. 

Phase 1: Establish and Adhere to a Disciplined Criteria for Development

  • Identify target markets based on market and submarket demand for senior living
    • Primary and secondary markets in/near Metropolitan Statistical Areas with specific population growth and inbound migration characteristics
    • Proximity to existing comparable senior living communities and future developments
  • Proximity to healthcare, retail, amenities, transportation, and entertainment
  • Quality of surrounding neighborhoods

Phase 2: Research, Planning & Feasibility

  • Conduct market research to identify ideal locations and understand local senior living needs:
    • Residential draw area
    • Markets/submarkets in detail
    • Proximity to care providers
    • Key economic indicators
    • Existing competition
    • Development pipeline

Phase 3: Construction & Launch

  • Construction: Partner with reputable construction firms specializing in senior housing
  • Pre-Marketing and Marketing
  • Delivery: Open communities with a focus on seamless transitions for new residents
  • Lease

Phase 4: Evaluation & Expansion

  • Assess performance of and efficacy of each newly constructed community and expand into additional markets
